REHABILITATION GROUP EXERCISES FOR A HEALTHY BACK

Pilates - combines a unique combination of exercises focused on our body Core - accuracy and fluidity of each movement, ability to control your own body as well as correct breathing. This efficient system of exercises improves and maintains a strong functionality of the entire body and it is an excellent complement to trainings of professional sportsmen. At the same time, it is considered to be a very efficient form of rehabilitation.
CORE Static - CORE STATIC is a fitness training with balance and stabilisation elements and exercises. During the training we use mainly our own weight, in combination with fitballs, bosu balls and TRX. The training´s goal is to build a strong deep stabilisation muscle system - BODY CORE. The CORE system ensures correct body posture and work with the right muscle groups in every single movement.
CORE Dynamic - CORE DYNAMIC contains complex and dynamic exercises, during which we consiously work with the body deep stabilisation system – CORE, and thus we strengthen it further. It is a set of complex movements which are very natural to all humans. CORE DYNAMIC is, in terms of physical shape, more demanding.
